Confirmed, Microsoft is having a contest for a couple hundred of Xbox Kinects but not for much longer, you probably heard about it on the Microsoft FB fan site. I can save you some time, heres the link to the registration page.
To the people who this is gay, girls like guys who can dance and vice verse. In clubs or social events with music, people flock to the dance floor to check out who can dance and who can't. The guys who just stands around with beer in their hand look like chumps and usually leave with no new digits in their phone. Think about that.
The fun factor shows no matter whose playing it. If they walked away smiling, they liked it. So many negative responses about kinect on youtube, it still does not outweigh the number of ppl who really want this thing. The casuals r luvin' it, core gamers feel left out. just found an article where controller games will still be made for xbox 360 with the option of using various kinect features in the games. So now core gamers can stop bitchin', u can use controller with kinect. all is not lost.
The funny thing is that this game could have no control whatsoever, and people would just mimic the on-screen characters. Microsoft may have stumbled onto the trick for making Kinect succeed. Heh heh heh
Yeah but with the dance game its hard to tell if there is lag because you arnt moving a avatar like Kinect adventures etc (which is probably why they made it without player avatars in mind)
some games do seem to be lag free while others have a short delay, like Kinect adventures.
They have the time to fix it so lets hope they can.
