Although I am completely on board with you, do you have any other real world examples of this or any academic sources (sociological theory, conflict resolution theory, etc.) that express a similar concept? I'm trying to elaborate on this connection for my MA thesis here in Ontario. Keep up the great work and and peace :)
I agree to this completely, but I don't think he stressed enough the need for people improving the world. Much of the corporate world is only out there to get money, not to contribute to the world. Contributing organizations should give the people the tools necessary to improve the world further.
