Did i just watch the same vid as everyone else , why the superlatives this was very poor , it wasnt funny the lyrics were terrible, the voices were average at best, the timing was a mile out , the beatboxin and scratchin were godawful and the dancing beggars belief. I dont think tim minchin and jim jefferies have anything to worry about ,their status as australias finest is secure if this is what the comedy competition constitutes of

I think you might have missed the point of the song... they are making fun of boy bands ...it's a bit like Minchin's F Sharp (sung a semitone off to make it hard to listen to)

but (to me) comparing Tripot to Tim Minchin is like the Umbilical brothers compared to Python both are musical but Tim is more clasical while tripod is more folk.
