No. 2 = the same as any other theology, the moment people willing to abuse & pervert do so. No. 3 = the has never been a restriction based on the color of skin. I was fortunate enough to witness something like this at my tata house. It was horrible what we saw inside of that fake nganga. There were tools of olokun inside of the ngnaga, the femur was the odu of ofun drawn the way it is done in ifa. The only thing that was real was the Kiyumba lol.. He finally had it done by the tata who dismantle it correctly. He almost became insane with the fake nganga.
