I am trying to work out why. Is it the themes, the dialogue, the screenplay?

I suspect that Wes Anderson has a particularly "masculine" style of film-making, but that's all I can deduce... anyone have any ideas?

@goldlakemoonshine This film and all of Wes Anderson's works are popular with everyone but young males especially growing in the 90's because we could relate to his storys and characters especially and these movies are funny as all hell because of the perfect casting especially in this film. The music is always great, the scripts are great, locations are great and Wes is great. That is why these are all awesome movies but especially Tennenbaums and Darjeeling Limited
