I kinda get the feeling that Kem somehow is blaming the loss oh their baby on Carter. Just by the way she is treating him. But I could be wrong.. I just have that feeling though.
C-Sections are major surgery. The risks are far too high to perform one when it isn't necessary. Delivering a stillborn poses less health risks than a Cescarian, even with the emotional complications.
