2. Im not here to troll, im here to solve your problems, just follow these steps. 1. Plug in the ipod touch to you computer. Don't press any buttons, just open itunes. Once you have plugged in the ipod and have loaded up itunes, hold the home and power button TOGETHER until the screen goes black. As soon as the screen oes black release both the buttons and as soon as you let go, hold the home button and don't let go. After about 10 seconds a dialog box should appear

in itunes, once this is happen follow to instructions and if the ipod has been backed up, when the device is restored, it may give you an option to restore from a backup.
