  • Thanks...this record is possibly my favorite of theirs. While I also like "Daydream", "Did You Ever Have To Make Up Your Mind", and "Summer In The City", you hear them a lot on oldies stations, while this one you don't hear much and it's a special treat when you do hear it.

  • @vinylsingleman Agreed...It seemed that John Sebastian was riding the fence between the folk/country sound of Daydream,Nashville Cats,Darling Be Home Soon etc. and the more rockin` sound of Summer In The City,Six O`Clock,She Is Still A Mystery and more often than not the folkier sound won. I like the rock sound better and Six O`Clock was a classic.

  • Ah VN, I should have prefaced my question with "anyone but the poster of this video".

But of course, you are so, so correct!!

Boy, just reminiscing back to that show and who would have though Travolta would reach such stardom.

  • Okay, without look it up, which member of this group wrote the theme song for which popular 70's show involving a comedic teacher?

  • Easy! John Sebastian, "Welcome Back" from the TV show Welcome Back Kotter.
