One of the biggest things you need to be good at vlogging is charisma and interesting material. After looking at a few videos I see neither of those. Good luck any way.

@bootsntrails on the ChrisWereVlog channel page there are everyone's videos in playlists up to the 15th of February, and I try and update that every 2 weeks. There's about 30 hours of footage there so far.

@ThatRatherEnglishBoy different things to each of us. For me, its practice talking in front of a camera because I'm on TV occasionally, but alot of us are doing it as a type of 'time capsule' thing. The doing every day part is so that we make an effort to make our lives more interesting so that we have something to talk about. It's working out well for all of us, you should deffinatly check it out.

@ChrisWere100 Hmm, makes a lot of sense, I mean I started this channel on jan1st 2012 as a sort of new year thing, and yeah, I'm enjoying it but I wouldn't wanna anoy my subscribers by posting a video everyday because I know that if I were to do that, it just wouldn't be a good one, it wouldn't have anywhere near as much effort put into it than when I do a video once or twice a week, know what I mean?

@ThatRatherEnglishBoy you'd be surprised how proficient you can get at making videos if you do them regularly enough. Also, a structured time table (e.g. daily) makes you unable to put things off, which in the event of a lot of cases doubles production time for a lot of people. Of course this is largely practising making videos, so that by the end of 2012, we'd get really good at it. People can and do put weeks of time into crappy videos. Limitations can and frequently do help creativity.
