Pray to Skadi for snow! Not Ullr! Ullr is Skadi's husband. Skadi is the winter Goddess. All Ullr can give you is maybe a blessing when you ski.

Skadi is the goddess of winter, who was the wife of Ullr before he was killed by Danes. Ullr was god of skis, and archery. He never was the God of snow.
