In the article it said that Adam's Family is from America (USA) and that the surgery will take place in St. Louis, Missouri. Now I would really like to help him walk properly but I think that £ 50.000 is alot of money, so I would suggest a cheaper solution. Go to Canada, which is not too far and have the surgery over there instead. A lot cheaper (probably free) and Adam will walk properly. No need to ask for donations. Happy to help. :P
