  • Pavel is an amazing athlete and trainer. Priveledged to be a part of the Dragondoor community!

  • Boy he's hairy.

  • maybe its the same with bruce lee's exercise..because he and bruce has the same body structure..long arms and flexible body..

  • The way he speaks....I never thought I'd be intimidated by a stretching trainer

  • 1:35 WTF?

  • "Do you wonder, Are you doomed to be inflexible?"

If this is what you wonder you havent got very many problems in life.

btw 1:33 does not look like relaxing face.. relaxing face is my face right now in bed watching a guy do splits on youtube.. annnnd relax.

  • @EireannGoBradh they will have problems when their inflexibibility inhibits their movement and makes day to day life uncomfortable for them

  • He makes a great point. Flexibility is the

Key to strength longevity. Relaxing into the stretch is the only true way to stretch. People who bounce just haven't been injured yet.

  • The book and all his books are the shit! Really makes you feel sorry for the 30-45 year old guys at the gym who go there everyday and have not made any progress in their training since they were 25.

  • POWER.....to the people lol

  • russians say comrade americans say dude

  • Pavel thinks your doomed and garbage, you just don't know it yet

  • Strangest minute of my life today, I real 80's Movie bad guy. Strange...

  • @nazworkshop That's exactly what i thaught lol.

  • WTF does he say comrade, holy shit stop, I mean its cool if its a joke, but come on

  • @gosciu555

He's a former SOVIET Special Forces instructor. HE IS RUSSIAN. Stupid ass.

  • @CRaZYpOpTaRToo

Actually he's BELORUSSIAN, dumbass, so don't talk unless you know what you're talking about. So fucking what, its just he's making it too much of a gimmick.

  • @gosciu555

Pavel Tsatsouline (born Aug. 23, 1969 in Minsk, USSR)

  • @gosciu555

    Belarusian... Belarusian...

  • @CRaZYpOpTaRToo

    Same fucking shit.

  • @gosciu555 your family is fucking shit.

  • @gosciu555 your family is fucking shit.

  • @gosciu555 your family is fucking shit.

  • @SideSplit

WTF are you talking about? That was suppose to be funny?

  • I did not understand your concept of the Pavel method

    can you be more specific?

    thanks for your kindness

I hope to meet you very soon

  • @SideSplit

No, what I mean is that its annoying when he hams up the "comrade" persona. Its not serious, its kind of tacky.

  • @gosciu555 his image i guess

  • @gosciu555 he is russian - it's like saying 'buddy' or 'dude" here

  • @gosciu555 It's part of his gimmick. Gimmicks sell.

  • @sub7design

I think he overdoes it, its a bit much.

  • @gosciu555 I agree with you completely. He's annoying as shit.

  • @sub7design

Maybe not annoying as shit, but he'd be more credible and successful if he was himself. People can smell fakery from a mile away.

  • @gosciu555 Pavel is Russian, so he speaks as the Russians do.

  • @nazworkshop

Kind of talks like him too.

  • Comrad, Details! Method! Спасибо.

  • Seriously, Pavel is a man!

  • he sounds like morpheus.:p

  • Morpheous has a Russian accent? ;-p

  • wow his arms r so long lmao

  • his pants are quite high up, so it just looks that way. they're probably about the same length as yours in terms of scale ;)

  • No he really stretches his arm's ''a lot''

  • LOL I always feel cold when watching him standing shirtless in this empty chamber ;]

  • LMAO!! IS that actually Pavel's voice? That's fucking amazing. :D

  • He's got a good, strong voice. He could speak movie characters.

  • But he is not stretching far enough... so i think... we still need the conventional way.... because it works...

  • It's for demonstrational purposes, not to show off. And these are short outtakes, you never see him stretch to the max. And why? Trying to increase the length of your tissue is completely bullshit. IF you're able to do it, it takes MANY years, but you're most likely just going to end up with ripped muscles and hamstrings anyway, which will make your muscles heal into being shorter.

  • How does conventional work? Enlighten me by explaining the science.

  • Conventional stretching is an attempt to ellongate your muscle tissue, in the mislead belief that our muscles are too short to do certain stretches. Conventional methods are likely to rip muscle tissues and tendons, and when those injuries heal, your muscles will actually have grown shorter.

  • man he sounds like a pysco

  • Thanks you for the information, I tried it and I can say I can tell the difference when I do relax.

  • is that how he really talks? or is it just for effect?

maybe he could relax his voice - sounds so stiff and unatural

  • He's Russian, and he's for real. He is prrobably always going to have some "accent" leftover. I wish our military would do what theirs did/does for fitness. For the most part....ours is a joke by comparison.

  • i'm buying the book on this but i dont no if it will help, cause i do marshal arts and nothing has worked for me before, hope fully this will!

  • Try ordering the movie aswell, I have both. They complement each other very well, and if you follow the instructions, it WILL help. ALOT. I do martial arts aswell, and i seriously recommend this stuff, helped me a great deal!

  • Relax into stretch has helped me alot, thanks Pavel!

  • I'm looking for something that will help me to relax tension out of my muscles.... will this help?
