  • What's this exercise called? Great video. Thank you

  • I really love your videos. Your body is really great. I'll do this one later to have a better waist shape. And do you also have a video "How to lose armpit fat". Thank you! :)

  • @eclipse19890429 Hi, not a specific armpit fat video, but I do have one on love handles or back fat as some people call it. You may also want to lift weights to tone and strengthen your arms and upper body which will help pull skin in tighter and eliminate pockets of fat.

  • @eclipse19890429 Oh, I also wanted to thank you for your very kind compliment :o)

  • I definitely felt that!

  • when doing ab moves in a V-sit, how can i feel the burn in my abs and NOT my back? thanks!

  • @decade241 Hi, adjust your body backwards a bit until you feel the tension in your tummy. You may be feeling it in your back because your back may also need toning. Remember to pull your tummy in toward your spine with the pelvic tilt whenever performing ab exercises.

  • @YouTips4U thank you! it made a huge difference :)

  • hi...you look so happy welldone.I like these excersises...I just have 5 kilos to loose but believe me is hard.I used to be an athlete before but 2 years now I am a farmer(woman) that means tired but without excersising.I will try those excersises but my back αnd wrist are complaining sometimes.thank you!!!

  • What is your diet, if you don't mind me asking? :)

  • Hi, not at all. Please stay tuned because I have a great food video upcoming this week which will tell you about my diet and give you some really helpful tips.

  • @YouTips4U thanks (=

  • I love your workout videos (= is there anyway I can work my Obliques without haveing to balnce on my bottom cause I'm not good with balnce

  • Hi, sure there is. Please see my oblique exercises videos because I have some that you can do standing that will be very effective.

  • you're so friendly, i really like watching your videos :)

  • hey hello i love your videos they are easier to understand! do you a a video on how to tone your legs and the leg cilute? cos im trying to find it lol! thanks

  • youtips4U did this help you out?

  • wonderful!

  • beautiful house, beautiful face and body! all beautiful wow!

  • god you are so hot

  • i do this all the time, thanks so much for this !

What is this excercise actually called, swing crunch? lool

  • i have a question...how long does it tke to get the v-shaped? and how long do you have to do it per day?]

  • HEY! I really love your videos. Thank you for using your time to help others :)

I have one question to ask you:

Whilst performing this particular exercise, is it okay if I rest my foot on something at the same height? (e.g sofa, chair, etc.) Just to rest, not to supply my weight onto it.

Would be nice if you can answer this soon. Thanks again! Cheers ;)

  • Hi, yes, that is fine. As your core becomes fitter, you will be able to omit the chair, and your core will be able to balance you. Keep up the good work. Kudos for adapting an exercise to suit your needs. This is always a good idea when starting out.

  • how log do i have to do this to see results

  • I CANT DO IT?! gravity affects me..u know.

  • this is great exercise, thanks

  • how many of these should i do if i'm just starting with these??

  • Hi, try doing a count of 20 and you can work up from there. If that's difficult for your to balance because perhaps your core needs a little work, then do however many you can.

  • omg I can't even hold my feet up

  • :o) :o) Keep working at it, you just need to strengthen your core.

  • I used to always do this! What a coincidence! Definitely keeps my waist tiny and stomach flat! I haven't been working out the past couple of years, but I'm inspired to get back into it. My stomach is still flat, but just not as toned as before.

  • I like this, I am going to try this tonight I have hardwood floors though I need a mat. I tried a pillow once and your right its unbalanced. I was ready to fall off.

Also, if you have any tips for me, I am a 26 yr old man, was always very skinny no matter how much I ate. Now I am putting on stomach fat like crazy. I mean if I eat bad for two days I can feel it full out it's so weird. I am not looking to get like muscle builder but I would like to flatten my stomach out. Thanks in advance.

  • Hi, unfortunately you were used to that terrific metabolism when you were younger, but when a man gets into his mid-twenties it's very common to start to gain a little weight because you're so used to eating like you did when you were younger. Let's face it 20 wasn't that long ago, but your body is acting more like 30. No problem, though, all you need is cardio exercise to help burn fat and calories. You can't just count on your metabolism taking care of things on it's own, you have to rev it.

  • Cardio exercises like jogging, running, cycling, swimming, etc. (whatever you like to do) will help you burn excess calories and fat and raise your metabolic rate. What will also sustain that high metabolic rate is weight training. You don't have to do it to get like a body building, just to maintain strength and muscle to help keep your body fit. Keep up the ab workout b/c men tend to gain it there. It's really important and try to spend at least 10 minutes 3-4 times a week.

  • Thx sooo much for these videos!!! I use to do professional gymnastics (i did it for like 5 years) and then quit due to injuries but 2 years since i've quit i have suchhhh a fat stomach!!! Im not lying i swear i've added like 5kgs-10kgs since i quit and im one of those people who the fat goes ALL TO THERE TUMMYS!!! Recently i've taken up stretching everyday and now im gonna do all these tummy exercises and not be afraid to wear a bikini!!! Ur soooo inspirational thx!!!

  • You're very welcome! You should also do some cardio exercise 3-4 times a week to help round out your exercise program. Cardio exercise will help burn calories. Thanks for sharing :o)

  • Is the balancing supposed to be incredibly difficult in the beginning or am I doing this wrong? I don't feel that much at all in my abs and obliques, and I've done about 30. You make the balancing look so easy.

  • Hi, if can be difficult if your core is not strong enough. Keep working at it and you will quickly develop the strength you need to balance.

  • Took me awhile to do this properly...haha.

Cause I had bad balance xD I really felt it,fast x.x but that's fine.

Quick question,u said to eat several meals a day...but like...let's say I eat at 1 pm,at what time should I eat next? How much time between each meal/snack?

  • Hi, have another snack when you feel a little hungry, or perhaps you need a pick me up because you're feeling a bit tired. Often fatigue sets in when our blood sugar gets low because we are running out of energy. That's the time to reach for something nutritious, perhaps high in protein and join it with a whole grain; like peanut butter on crackers :o)

  • hi i love your videos your so inspirational I hope i'm as fit as you some day! I love all your work out routines, and your meditiation. Think you could do one on some yoga moves?

  • I do have a yoga tips video upcoming in the future :o)

  • question please im kinda confused i ve been going to the gym regularly for 3 months now my main target to get a flat stomach or at least toned but instead i feel like im losing my butt and my legs are thinner i know some would like that but im very petite so i dont look good if im too skinny i hate it i look even smaller and my stomach has widen instead i weight 123 pounds and just wondering how many days should i exercise per week so that i dont lose too much weight please help me

  • Hi, if you don't wish to get thinner, be sure you maintain your caloric intake. Ideally one should do some form of exercise every day which includes walking and other light movements. High intensity exercise like running, cycling, going to aerobics classes, etc., 3-4 times a week is great.

  • You are a some i really want to lose my baby fat to i have two kids and its hard. and i'm looking on ur vedios now i know what to do thank you so much your a some.

  • very sexy for you age. truly appreciate your video's. tank you

  • She's so sweet.

  • Great tips, thanks a mil! :)

  • Great tips, thanks a mil! :)

  • hey, can u tell me about the top fat sources to avoid?

  • Avoid sources of trans fats like are vegetable shortenings and some margarines Also avoid crackers, candies, cookies, snack foods, fried foods, baked goods, and other processed foods made with partially hydrogenated vegetable oils.

  • I love your accent. Great vid. Very clear and encouraging.

  • Will that make me loose weight from my stomache?

Cause i heard that we dont loose weight when we work out our abbs but we just build muscles.

    Thank u :)

  • To lose weight from your stomach area, you have to do cardio exercise to burn excess calories and fat. Ab workouts will help tone and build stomach muscles which will give you a flat stomach and tight core, but in order to see that great stomach, you must uncover it from the excess weight. Eating a healthy low fat diet and practicing portion control will also help.

  • I love your exercises! I just found you channel and I already think you're an awesome trainer! Subbed!^^

  • sexy :)

  • what ive found to work a lot better than regular excercises is yoga. its relaxing and you're working out without getting tired as easily. ive been doing it for a few months now and ive seen some major results too. but i tried this and its great! :)

  • i have been trying to get a flat stomach since september, and I still havent got it and im not even fat or anything. sometimes i feel like its never going to happen. any advice on seeing results and staying postitve and moviated?

  • Hi, have you been doing cardio exercise, like walking, jogging, aerobics classes, etc. In addition to your ab workouts, you should also be doing at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise 3-4 times a week. That will help you remove excess tummy fat. You can tone and strengthen your tummy with an 8-10 minute ab routine 3-4 times a week. With cardio and ab work, you should see results. Be sure to watch the junk food and maintain a healthy diet.

  • @YouTips4U

I actually have, 30 minutes of interval training, I believe thats what its called, on thr tredmill. And I ate healthy but now Im just eating a strick diet of fruits and ocassionly eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, and veggie soup for dinner. with snacks like almonds, and other fruits and veggies and tons of water. its very discouraging to not be seeing results though.

  • Hi, don't lose faith, your body will kick in. I'm concerned a bit that your diet may be too restrictive. You don't mention having any dairy or protein such as meat, fish, chicken. You may also want to add high fiber carbs to help keep you full. Eating a well balanced diet can actually help keep your metabolism revved and you'll have energy you need for your workouts. Your current diet is fine for a short time, but may not be the best long-term diet.

  • @YouTips4U

You're right, I will add cheese and yogurt

for snacks. But I dont really ever eat meat, so

Im not sure as to how to get protein.

    Any recommendations?

  • Hi, you can things like fish, beans, eggs, tofu, nuts. All of these have lots of protein. Nuts are high in fat so you'll want to have small amounts if you are trying to lose weight.

  • @YouTips4U

Oh, I see. Also, I have heard that some ab exercises can actually push your abs out making your stomach look bigger, do you know any exercises that push them back in? Just in case that's whats happening with me. Also, do you also agree that one of the best ab workouts are squats?

  • Hi, I have not heard this. Ab work helps to strengthen and tone your abs and bring your tummy in. Squats target your butt, thighs, quads, hamstrings. Your core is involved in the exercise, but this is not a primary exercise for abs.

  • just tried this and I love it...I'm going to do this every time I work out

  • Im gonna try this one tonite, How long do u think it takes to loose a couple of inches?

  • Hi, it depends on how much weight you have to lose. Generally 4-6 pounds a month is a safe amount. You don't want to lose weight too rapidly. Be sure to do your cardio workouts because that's how you burn calories.

  • why the hell are you hot

  • your videos are so helpful thnx! :D

  • wow. i did this! and i felt it. i was like on number two and i was feeling the burn. lol.

  • I have got to start workin my stomach you look good lady!

  • She is really good! I l♥ve her videos!!

  • Thanks so much for you wonderful feedback :o)

  • Thank you so much for the video. And your husband is a lucky man. lol.

  • Hi can you do a video on a couple of exercises a teenager can do on a daily basis to tone up?

thanks :) BTW I love your videos they're so helpful and well explained

  • i wanna get my harms like yours. How long would it take

  • Hi, that depends on what kind of shape they are currently in.

  • Wow!! Thanks so much for this video! I can't wait to try it!! Oh by the way, great abs! :D

  • Your stomach looks so nice)) i'll try this

  • Will you please do a flexing video?

I'm dying to see how great you will look!

  • Thank you so much for this helpful information.(: I was just wondering how long do you think it would take before you started seeing results? But any way, good job! Keep up the good work. :D

  • Hi, that depends on whether you have any excess tummy fat covering your nice strong ab muscles. If you do not have weight to lose or excess tummy padding, you will see results quickly; probably within 3-4 weeks, provided you work your abs at least three times a week. You will, however, feel the results of your hard work right away as you begin strengthening and tightening your core and abdominal muscles. There is so much overall body benefit to have strong abs.

  • @YouTips4U could you please help me? I would like to know if i could just do the exercise youre doing on the video, instead bicycle crunches? Is this more effective than than bicycle& side crunches? Please help me?

  • Hi, yes you can!

  • Is it more effective than bicycle crunches/side crunches? thanks alot for responding. I have uploads on my page of my journey to get 6 pack abs, I dont have alot of uploads. please view , ignore the vid of me working out that starts automatically when you come to my page, because thats wk 4 lol im now on week 7, view that video, an tell me if you think it will take me a very long time to get abs

  • Hi, both exercises are very good, but the ones I am doing in the video will work your core more because you are balancing as well as performing the ab exercise. Unfortunately, many people cheat with the bicycling exercise as they don't do a full sideways crunch to the opposite leg and they use momentum to do the exercise, but if they are done properly they are great as well. There's always room in an ab routine for several exercises to target specific muscles!

  • yea i want all the best exercises, i have a problem,Ive used crunches in the past they use to be effective then now i dont really feel them anymore, i also use a 20lb dumbell to do crunches at first my abs were sore when first doing it, now i dont really feel them anymore either what should i do? i believe my abs have gotten to strong or something

  • Hi, you body has become used to what you are doing and comfortable with you level of challenge. A sign you are getting fitter and fitter. You just need to challenge yourself further. Try doing your ab routine slower with more holds in between where your muscle is engaged and holding. For example, for example, when doing a crunch, on the exertion when you come up, hold it there for 10 seconds then go back to your crunches. Do this intermittently. Things like that can really help.

  • I ve been doing that, well every few reps i come up& hold it like 5 seconds, im just gonna start holding it for 10seconds each rep, lol

  • @YouTips4U Im 5'11 195

  • youre so sexy. <3

  • This looks great, but im finding it hard 2 balance, and i really want great abz.

  • Hi, as your core becomes fitter, you will find it easier to balance yourself. Keep working your abs with your regular sit-ps routine and add this exercise in first with just balancing on your tailbone and not moving at all. Just practice balancing. Then add the movement once you get the hang of balancing. Remember keep your abs tight throughout the exercise and remember to breath and not hold your breath.

  • You are great! Thanks!

  • respect! its not easy to do this exercise and speak about it for so many secs ;)

  • This should help you! Also, it works for your stomach, too!

  • When I have done my sit ups in the past my tailbone gets really sore. Do you know any solutions for stopping this? I love your channel!

  • Hi, be sure you are doing your sit ups on a mat; even a carpet can be too hard if you are very sensitive in that area.

  • Excellent videos! Thank you so much.

  • cool vid again, but my only problem is my stomach muscles are hard as rock but it has no shape in them i have the three pack on one side but on the other are just two but there bigger compared to the others... i got told im not eating enough..... wat would u recommend....... keep the vids coming im liking them and sounds like everyone else is too :)

  • Hi! Thanks for this new tip! Do you have any lower back strengthening exercises? I have a weak lower back, or do you think ab work, push ups, and walking is enough? THX

  • Hi, you are absolutely right! Working your abs and doing push ups will absolutely strengthen your lower back. I do have an upcoming video that will target the lower back. There are a few exercises that you can do to add more strengthening to that area. Please stay tuned :o)

  • You are such a sweetie...thank you for all your helpful tips!!!

  • You're very welcome! Thanks so much for your continued support :o)

  • Cool! Abs are the only area I need to work on. I'm going to try this. Do you think once a day is okay? Or should it be a few times a week? Just don't know how strenuous they can be on ab muscles. Oh, and I totally need this so I can add support to my long, weak spine ~ a family trait. (thanks, Mom!)

Thanks a bunch :o) Your abs look great!

  • Hi, every day is not necessary. I always recommend every other day at a maximum and three times a week at a minimum. You want to give your muscles a rest in between workouts to enable them to repair. That's how they get stronger.

  • Thanks for showing us how to stay fit. I have a hard time getting started with exercise. What should I do?

  • You're very welcome! The best thing to do to get started is to pick a cardio exercise that you like and do that for at least 30 minutes. Follow it up with some weights for your upper body and some push ups and then do your ab work for about 8-10 minutes. Try to do this routine at least 3 times a week. As you become comfortable with your new routine, you can add more time to your workouts and more days of the week. Remember, walking is wonderful!

  • Roxylife7, you did just fine!...and your right...she does a great job!!

  • you are like, perfect! lol

  • If I do this, am I going to get actual abs or just a flat stomach? I don't want to be muscular! :) LOL

  • wow you are unbelievably amazin i tried this and it feels great thank you!!=),just 1question how long do you think it takes to get noticeable results?

  • Hi, I think ab work produces results almost immediately. You may not see it right away, but strengthening happens quite quickly. How quickly you see the fruits of your labor depends on whether you have excess weight to lose that's covering your lovely definition and also how consistent you are with your workouts. If you don't have excess weight to lose, you can see excellent results within 1-2 months.

  • great video!!!

You are in such good shape!!!!!

  • man you have great abs am so envious

  • this is great!!! How many reps would you suggest doing to get quick results if you were doing a ab routine every other day????

  • Hi, that's hard for me to say because everyone's fitness level is different. I would suggest doing at least 20, but more if you can on up to 50. Then you can switch to another ab exercise and keep working your abs as part of a 10 minute routine.

  • Hi :)

I really love your tips because you explain everything very well! [I'm sorry for my English, I'm from spain :( ]

    thank you so much :)

  • Hi, thanks so much for your kind words. I really appreciate your terrific feedback, and your English is wonderful :o) :o)

  • it makes me very happy to see you smile your gorgeous smile as you show your pearley whites!

  • i'll try it.

  • wow this is wonderful, thank you very much for this
