Very good. Your chord hand fingers bend funny when forming the F bar chord... If you find your fingers are not strong enough to press the strings down perhaps one of those Hand Exercise Grips would help your fingers get stronger. Or do something that exercises your fingers and hands; playing tennis perhaps. When you sing loud... try to back away from the microphone IF there is no compression effect being used... Try to keep your singing volume the same by moving towards/away from the mic.

If you watch Peter Cetera or Bryan Adams sing LIVE you will notice when they sing loud/high pitch notes they back away from the microphone to try and make their volume the same (like a compressor does in a recording studio). If you ever bring your own PA system I recommend using a compressor and limitor on your voice so your voice sounds pretty much the same when singing really loud or really quiet... A little dynamic range is good so don't add too much compression.
