@chriscopelandTDK Its a Shure SM7B, Its not a condensor its a dynamic mic but it's still used on a lot of vocals in the studio and is an industry standard as a broadcast mic, probably why its in the radio station.

@CalvintheMan2 capo 3rd fret, Am to G to C, then G to F then C, then repeat for verse, the bridge is F to C, then F to G to Am to C to F to G. the chorus is C to F to G to C, then the last one doesn't hit a C it hits an Am. the last chorus ends with a C instead an Am

@erman3155 there are different keys. capo on the first fret can be a song in the key in D, capo on the 3rd fret is the same thing just with a C chord. Learn how to transcribe songs and then try to criticize

I found Peter Bradley Adam's music on amiestreet music. The whole album is top notch and ranks up there with artists such as Dan Fogelburg, James Taylor, and Jim Croce.
