What ever you say, each person using these methods should have a Snellen set up, and monitor it. You can get the Snellen for free on the Internet. Thus the issue is not to "improve your vision", but to personally and objectively pass the required DMV line on the Snellen. In most states it is 20/40 or better. Give it a try -- with any method you choose.
