Cooler like others have said will not let you go that far with overclocking that i7 920. Everything else looks fine, the Psu is well known and performs very well. For this build a good quality 850 would be enough but hey its nice to think ahead.

That cooler is awful btw. I returned it and got a Corsair H50. Virtually the same price but its liquid cooling.

It depends if you're going core i7 if so I would recommend the deluxe version since the one I bought had problems with power and broken memory dimms
