U.N Security Council must to impose a comprehensive and mandatory arm's embargo on Burma. It also calls on the principle arm's supplier-in particular CHINA to suspend all arm's supplies to the military junta, including "Expertise & Transfers claimed to be 'Non-lethal' to Burma.

UN General Assembly in Dec 2006,153 goverment voted for a resolution to start the process for the Global Arm's Trade Treaty in 2007. UN must be hold responsible for their votes. Especially CHINA!!!
