  • HAHAHAAHA!!!!!!!! this is the best video ever!! i love the transition from 19th century to 20th century!!!! That is the only and best way to understand the significance of the JAZZ AGE. Dancing, character, formality....all of it just changed! Their world was literally turned upside down...and they loved it. :-) thank u!

  • @thelonelyslayer ITS actually 18th century to 20th century excuse me but its true the classic fashions are from the late 1700s :) thanks

  • @luvebug21 Yes. My mistake. I meant to say 18th century. And not to say that young adults of that time, or any time, weren't crazy little party animals. But i'm sure the music of their time didn't reflect it as much as the later generations.

  • To norfolk03:

Thanks very much for the info! I'll look up the song online, later. The title of the song alone is a big help! Best regards. Petul10

  • song 0:59 to 1:46 name and where to download it?

  • The British having fun in the '20's! I love it! I especially love the sailor breaking into the Charleston during a military parade. He's certainly having fun! He's even got the dog's attention!

  • What is the name of the song from 0:17 to 0:50

  • I can't remember, I got the audio sample from amazon. I just typed in harpsichord in the search and look for audio samples in the available cds section.

  • Thanks for that advice! I finally found it! My plan is to learn it by heart on the piano.
