Using clarifying shmp was probably the most detrimental thing you could have done to the hair. It strips hair of all of its natural oils & moisture. Just like our own hair weave needs moisture too. I’m sry you had a bad experience but I've had this hair in for 1.5 going on 2 mths and I LOVE IT! I wash it every 2 wks w/ Herbal Essences long term relationship shmp and cndt, Aussie’s Hair Insurance spray leave-in cndt & John Frieda’s Frizz-Ease Straight Fixation Smoothing Crème (a small amount).
@chicflyposh912 It Is! Same hair different experiences. I'm a firm believer in never taking anyone’s word for it, try it out for yourself. This hair is gorgeous. It’s soft. It looks hella natural and is easy to maintain. I've had it in for 1.5 going on 2 months! It gets better after every wash.
Quick tip: real virgin Indian remy hair is awesome! Real virgin hair will NOT be processed, it will come from one donor and most importantly the naturally straight will have a slight wave after being washed. I buy virgin hair and it does come with a few gray strands, If you see gray strands that's a clear indication that the hair has not been processed.Sorry about your bad hair experience but please don't give up on REAL VIRGIN INDIAN REMY hair. It's definitely worth the money when it's real.
IMO, I recommend Genesis Virgin Hair. Its gorgeous and I've had mine since October. No nesting and its a lot cheaper than most virgin hair. No more beauty supply store hair for me :-)
girl you can send me that hair i'll find something to do with make a bun or something lol but sorry to hear about your bad experience i know i would be super pissed if they tried to offer me some low grade hair and you paid 120 a pack
I, too am losing weight and I, too could NEVER EVER NEVER stop drinking alcohol...never ever ever...but i drink and dance so I burn the calories I drink anyway....Blah blah....

That's some bull! I can't stand a company with shady customer service. I would suggest that you DO NOT use clarifying shampoo on your extensions. It strips the hell out of it. Its best to use a hydrating shampoo and a conditioner thats very rich like the cantu deep conditioner. That works for me with fixing rat nest bss hair lol. If you try this, I hope it helps!
