  • Sounds excellent ...but the backing track is a little too loud at times, and too "bitey, brittle" for my tastes. Otherwise I would download this and put in my playlist on my android music player. Thnx for sharing.

  • @nvrbeab The vid was made with a very limited cheap Kodak camera, with the backing track played through computer speakers which is why the quality isn't great - especially after the you-tube processing (the 'master' vid was better) But I'm glad you enjoyed it anyway and thank you for looking in. .

  • yeah for teh Modal Santana! class and taste!

  • @awfulguitarplucker Modal Santana? - so THAT'S what the heck I was doing! lol - thanks so much for stopping by & glad you enjoyed it.

  • Hey just saw your video for first time. You Rock, keep making more music. How long you been playing?

  • @qjtuber123 Thanks for looking in & glad you liked it - been playing more years than i care to remember!

  • what finish is this prs in? looks fucking good

  • @PinkSuperZeppelin Its officially 'Vintage yellow' but also referred to as 'Amber'.

  • NICE! I love it. It sounds like Santana only with talent.

  • @maigles What a lovely compliment, thank you - but if only I could play like him!

  • Amazing playing! To me this guitar is meant to be played like this (by you) :)!

  • @XChanges2 You're very kind, thank you - I'm just glad you enjoyed it.

  • You are hot my friend!!!!

The smoothe style always shows creativity, and something not so boring,

    EXCELLENT!!!!!!

  • Thanks very much for listening, Poney, & the kind comment. Rich

  • Not bad.

  • Mad Skillz!! Loved it! Awesome work and beautiful PRS!

  • Thanks very much for looking in JD - glad you enjoyed it. Best, Rich

  • Thanks Rammker - most kind. I think my PRS is officially called 'vintage yellow' (but its also called 'amber') with red at the back (as per the matching headstock) - it's a lovely warm colour combination. Best, Rich

  • HI men!! You're very good! I want to buy a prs custom, and i have to decide the colour, wthat color is your guitar? Thanks!

Sorry my english is very bad hehe.

  • Thanks very much for the kind comments TDC & glad you liked the clip & my guitar. Out of interest, my amp isn't an AC30 - it's a Vox Valvetronix AD120VTX - and although it models the AC30/AC30TB/AC15/AC15TB models plus 12 others, the amp model being used (surprisingly) was the US High Gain (Soldano). Best, Rich

  • Lovely playing, also nice guitar (my dream custom!) and you cannot go wrong with a Vox AC30

  • omg this is class! i have that same amp its soooo good!

  • Thanks for the kind words & glad you liked the clip - if you're not already doing so, put a stomp EQ in the FX loop (with a mono stomp, & AD120 use a Y cable - 1 send, 2 returns) - it's like taking a blanket off & will transform your amp! Best, Rich

  • Can you explain why you do this? I have this amp and I'd be interested to hear what that does exately...

  • Hi SBT - not sure what you mean by 'this'...why do I do what?? Rich

  • ...put the eq in the effects loop.

  • Because the EQ gives so much more tone-shaping EQ control than is possible with just the on-board EQ alone. It takes a blanket off the amp that you may not have realised was there. The bottom end is enhanced whilst still retaining mids & highs to cut through the mix. Your tone will also be clearer and much more defined - your crunch tones will really crunch etc. The difference really is that dramatic - see my EQ demo vids here. Rich

  • Great

  • Most kind - thanks for looking in.

  • i double that :)

  • Thanks HH - glad you enjoyed it.

  • Kick ass!

  • here here nice work bubba :)I love those PRS guitars...Sure wish I could learn how to play a guitar like that ...

  • Thanks RJS - the PRS are very nice, no question; mine has the wide thin neck profile & plays like butter. Rich
