Its so easy to judge others isn't it? Actually, this was shot at a safe distance, in a safe direction. We even spoke with people in the fire extinguisher business about it. The guy says he does it all the time. Shot placement was even determined before shooting so the bullet wouldn't hit the pick up tube inside.
I've seen several vids with (apparently) civilians shooting with incendiary rounds. What are the ATF regulations on these? Do you need a permit? Does the transaction need to be registered? Thanks.

Just because you have no idea what goes into planning a safe, successful, and fun event, you're going to assume it was done incorrectly. I think you meant to say a REAL shooting off at the mouth enthusiast...

Several of us work with them every day. A puncture is not the same as a rupture. I agree that appearances can be decieving, but I think that it's people that jump to conclusions that do the most damage.
