Is that coltrane kind of stumbling through this piece? Jesus christ...I was pretty sure of this when I played this but this is one of the hardest pieces EVER.
Exactly. It is what has always drawn to this song. Coltrane is playing almost like a waltz while the band's in full on swing mode. It makes this song incredibly interesting.
I thought I was good at getting progressions down, but this one took a while.
