As a Vietnam Era Veteran, and formerly homeless myself, this is an outrage! He should check the William Booth center in Seattle WA, which is run by the Salvation Army, and the VA puts homeless Veterans there while the undergo treatment for PTSD, etc. The place is over 80% Veterans out of 100 men.I know, I lived there for 5 months getting off the street!
