This looks more like random conditioning exercises than a workout for vball players. Nonetheless, these type of workout would lead to an increase in agility.
@17caali wrong, the most important thing for a vball player is vertical jump; so plyometrics would be first and foremost. Agility means nothing if the player can't get off the floor.
This is NOT a volleyball player... Don't take volleyball specific workout tips from non-volleyball trainers... you will hurt yourself.

well i can see some of those exercises actually work for a volleyball player
