mate can u use dual wield or 2h weapons as black orc? how about pvp, do u feel useful there? or black orcs do low dps ? because in other games, going pvp with 1h/shield was kinda lame, but perhaps its different here.
using a shield in pvp is War is both viable and welcome. In this game you can "taunt" players, and you are able to misdirect incoming ranged attacks to yourself.
This isn't WoW, there is no useless class or build.

Black Orcs can use 2h axes, but not dual wield.

WRONG. Black Orcs CAN duel wield. With out duel wielding path of the brawler wouldn't be nearly as effective
