  • Wade is a low life, and scumbag. He has been disastrous for his Country.

Despite great potentials, Senegal’s GDP (PPP) dropped $16 billions within 12 years.

  • Aside from his two corporate Jets, his B-737, and numerous mansions in Europe, Wade has done little for his country. In his speeches, he is barely comprehensible possibly due to senile. The question is how does one lead a destitute nation, in a competitive global market place? with a 70 % illiteracy rate, 46% unemployment, a deceptive and ingrain culture of nepotism.

  • Despondently Wade is not unique. What you see here is your typical African kleptomaniac; inapt, unconscious and detached from reality.

These leaders should understand that charity, foreign aid and high protein biscuits won’t be enough to quench the misery of a growing, youthful and angry population.

  • From inception Wade received billions from the US (Millennium Plan) yet Senegal has little to show for. In fact Senegal ranking has significantly dropped from his top moth position in the 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s, now among the forty poorest countries in the world.

  • Based on historical and statistical data African countries have nothing to show for despite having received 66 times more foreign aid than China. What is more pressing, is Wade’s ego, delusion and self-absorption, one would hope his legacy to be on the forefront not his dreadful statue

    “ The African Renaissance.

Sadly for the Dark Continent, the antics continue.

    Good luck Senegal.

  • To my Senegalese brothers violent protest won't get u anywhere but loosing ur loved onces. I'm from Somalia and my country is in war for the last 21years. It was started by a simple protest which turned to be violance we divided ourselves into countless useless clan. My advice to u is protest to peacefully. I believe Africa is a very rich continent but we must get rid of all those old dictators such as Mugabe, Abdoulaye and etc. They're the reasons we are POOR. We need young educated leaders.

  • @Afgooyee;fuck you,you are the people inviting Americans and the rest of Europeans to come and exploit us here in the name of Education. In case you don't know Mugabe is far educated than most of the presidents.

  • @Afgooyee Your point is poorly taken, unless you are sleeping on the switch, these protestors started a peaceful, fair and balance protest and were met with brute force by wade’s brutal cronies. At this point I encourage protestors to continue their protest , to make it painful and fearful for political elite and cronies – many of whom hoarders of stolen aid monies. Wade has done zero for his country , seven more years of wade , Senegal will be worse then somiland

  • god bless them. god bless them with peace and freedom.

  • No Justice, No Peace...just Chaos in these streets...

  • take obama with him

  • Freedom and power to the Senegalese people!

Now the weak must get strong! Peace to Senegales!

  • The era of third terms, fourth terms, fifth terms, sixth terms....has ended. Leaders around the world should get this message....but people like Wade didn't seem to get it.

  • Reminds me of Egypt again.

  • The world movement is spreading like wildlife OMG!!!

  • world revolution

    it's gonna happen, it's building...

  • The same mess that goes on in Africa is also happening in the US, China, Europe but it doesnt get reported and the common factor is that the UN and bankers are propping up fake politicians in all of our countries to rape and loot the people and that even includes the US and Europe

  • @EntBlog90210 100% True. The US has the most influence, and it's no coincidence that they have the highest amount of brainwashed citizenry.

Their media and their culture is fine tuned to make them think differently, it's all psychological there.

  • Power to the Senegalese people! God willing, they will be free from this dictator soon.

  • Don't Dakar about the people?

  • I agree with those protesters
