Firstly, when studying hadith or sayings you need to look into the person who narrated the event, to see if the person was a reliable person. The chain of narration leads back to Hisham ibn Urwa who is historically an unrealiable figure to take information from. The first report of it was by the people of Iraq who said they heard Hisham saying this, and the people of Iraq are an unrealible source as you cannot determine who reported it.
