No, I have no idea who migrated where prior to the Arab Golden Age. I just read that Arab scientists existed from Baghdad, the civilized capital at the time, across North Africa, Sicily and into Spain in Cordoba. This happened until Emperor Friedrich died and the Arabs went further into philosophical studies, but this time into the Koran, away from science.
