  • That's truly amazing! I slashed my electric bill in half! look here: solar.xfollow.me (Copy to your browser's address bar)

  • Can you explain how you bild this wind generator?

  • what about a COMBO WIND/SOLAR generator

  • there are other goals: vimple design, maintenance, big torque in low winds, turbulence friendly etc..

  • Nice airfoil you got there. Next get the harness off a bit but using a airfoil on the rods around it or get a stronger foundation and reduce drag on those lines. The set up is quite good provided you have a open field.

  • was that reading in MWs?? 3.5 Mega watt?

  • it's Wind speed m/s

  • Hi ZKNX7!

    It's neither Savonius nor Darrieus.

You can go to Neo-aerodynamic dot com there I have some discussion about various wind technology.

  • This sounds like the most promising technology for renewable energy i have come across in ages. Hope some governments take this up. Mines just interested in blowing billions of pounds on useless nukes. God bless democracy.

  • Thanks. Were going to need it.

  • Does this make a lot of noise as it turns?

  • No.

    Thanks

  • This is Great!.. I wish you every success!!

  • FYI:

There is a added mechanical setting that would increase the efficient rate 10->15%. However I chooe not to implemented for the following reasons:

    1- It requires moving parts.

2- Because it is a SO POWERFUL!; a reduction of 10->15% in avoiding the use of moving parts; does not hurt.

    Thanks.

    Phi

  • Much more than that. Not on this one but base on other simliar size test.

In dealing with "conservatism" and balloon un-fair claims I always use the "minimum".

    Thanks.

  • The actual NET output ("rated output" means nothing but the diameter)

Net output represent the number of "electrons" it push thru the line.

(By not release much of detail you can apply this fomula)

    W > 0,0087 x D x D x H x V x V x V x V;

    where D, H is feet V is m/s

(Actual with a 6' I think is should be AT LEAST 0.013 instead of 0.0087, but playing safe; 0.0087 is apply to 2' diameter)

    W = 0.0087 x 6 x 6 x 7 x 5.5 x 5.5 x 5.5 = 364W

It is the REAL And NET output.

  • Thank you very much. And surely.

The problem is people only care enough to

complain about energy but not enough to do something.(I bet they are afraid that their action will help someone make money but dot not realize it is in fact they are helping indeed themselves and their children).

Btw: Please watch for annoucement(s) from world renounced institution.

    Thanks

    Phi

  • No.

They are airfoil(like the airplane wing.

  • FYI:

The relatively small wind turbine 6' x 7' rotor has the wingspan of 3 personal airplanes or 1/72 of the jumbo jet Boeing 747.

The rotor has more torque then of a similar size Savonius yet more tip speed then of a same diameter propeller.

So powerful yet simple to gain all your money back in 1- 3 years - Economically superb.

  • BENEFITS:

1-The least expensive to build therefore the most economically attractive.

    2-Yields multiple times the output.

    3-Enable low wind class.

4-There are thousands of mile of river this provides an inexpensive mean enables them to produce electricity; economically.

    5-Work on Tidal flow.

6-Wave on thoussand os square miles can be utilized.

7-Wave turbine also move sea water up from the deeper to the surface -- To absorb CO2. Helping reduce green gas them the atmosphere
