sorry, i had spelled Courgette wrong. i fixed that now. a Courgette is called a "Zucchini" (in North American and Australian English) or "Courgette" (in New Zealand, South African and British English) which is a small summer squash.
You should definitely try using cucumber. i think the skin of the cucumber is tougher, but it might still be tasty.
@chevon1920 Courgette is what Europeans call Zucchini. I don't know why Americans call them Zucchini maybe something to do with South American influence?

courgette is in the same family, but way more firm.. The cucumber is 97% water, it will be to wet
