I MET CLIFF IN 1961 WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER TRYING TO SING EVERY ONE OF HIS SONGS WITH MY BAND. I THEN MET HIM AGAIN ON HIS TOUR OF SOUTH AFRICA IN 2008. HE HAS AN INCREDIBLE RELAXED VOICE AND SINGS FROM THE HEART. WHAT A PITY HE NEVER MADE IT IN USA! THEY HAVE MISSED OUT ON A GREAT TALENT AND PERSON!! I STILL LOVE TO SING HIS SONGS 50 YEARS DOWN THE LINE!.

I have the CD, and I absolutely swoon over this song and Cliff's melodious voice. I've been his fan for 46 years, and finally got to see him in concert last year and this year although I had to travel 10,000 miles! And I want to see him again!

At our 1963 wedding,my wife Mary and I had Buddys' version played as"oursong"...although Marys' favourite singer was and still is Cliff.This recording of"oursong" by Sir Cliff means that after all these years,it's even more meaningful. Back in 1979 I had the pleasure of meeting Buddys' widow Maria Elena and she told me how very special that song was to her.
