I agree with hunt, it seems your problem is more with Compuware then Chrysler. I watched your video and I feel sorry that you've been through so many court and been denied and dismissed. Could you please enlighten me what exactly that you are suing for ?

I'm a contract engineer and have worked at the same client companies at other times. I had my own problems with Chrysler 9 years ago, they are not friendly to contractors but I believe your problem is with Compuware and not Chrysler, from what I can tell you worked at Chrysler but for Compuware,I have no experience with Compuware but I do know the contractor life is hard and dependent on reputation, if someone is gunning for you, it is hard to come back,good luck. What did you work on at DCX?

I've been an engineer for 34 years and have good referneces and still cannot find a job, I thought I had problems but yours are worse, good luck. It does not pay to be an engineer in this country,stay away from this line of work if you can do anything else.Become a lawyer,thats where the money can be made,they rig the laws against the common man.

yes I tried it 3 times once in DETROIT and twice in BOSTON, i even went to the one in boston in person no sucess the refered me to the nela national employment lawyers association and they wanted $250 before they woukd even me with me....$250 buys a lot of food and at the end of the hour they quoted they might not be able to help....$250 out the window..

You may get better coverage if you show the evidence and records your refer to in your video. You may want to show the proof of your credentials, the proof that you were employed by these companies(pay stubs, parking passes, etc).

Unfortunatley, With the lack of evidence and source's you show in this video, I have trouble believing you. The economic situation with manufacturing is definitley a mess here, but nobody is going to take you serious without proof or evidence.

this reminds me of a freelance photographer that tried to pursue a copyright infringement case on his own. i read most of his account, and the lesson is that the courts abhor people who represent themselves. they dismiss your cases because they are dismissive of you in general.

I am currently studying to become a mechanical engineer. I have never heard of this type of thing happening especially here in US. There has to be some kind of justice for this type of behavior.

The actions of these corporations is disturbing! I'm a freshman at New Mexico State University and I'm working to a degree in mechanical engineering, however the fact that these companies are willing to just blackball people is unscrupulous and unjust. I'm going to look into this case, If I find (to my own satisfaction) misconduct on behalf of these car companies than I'm changing my major to electrical engineering.

Well Mr. Butler appealed it to Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme court and took it to Federal District Court in Detroit, Federal Court of Appeals in Cincinnati and Supreme Court of the United States in Washington D.C. all without a lawyer. They all said no in one form or another.

Ten years passed, Mr. Butler became homeless, and will continue to be. He contacted with countless media for posting his story but unsuccessfully.
