A couple of programs, one called windowslinds allows you to make your desktop themes like vista themes. The second program is called vista start menu, which does the obvious. Visual task tip is a program that allows you to preview the tabs in your taskbar. All these programs are for xp
As far as I know there is no way to tweek the netvibes settings ti get the effect you are talking about. I just click the link once and it keeps me within my desktop and as long as I click within the desktop I am websurfering within my desktop sans a browser cool aye. But I think some websites have their links to open in a new page and in cases like that I think it cues your browser to open up. Hope this has been helpful.
normally google doesnt open up in an other browser if you press search. but i tryed a html code called TARGET="_self" its one of the magic cmds. this works to keep links you open from your own site to make sure it wont open another screen. didnt work even :P
Well done. So obvious, yet never occurred to me. As an addition, if you move the cursor to the upper left corner of the "desktop netvibes", you have the option to choose 'cover dekstop' or "split desktop with icons'. This may change your mind about decreasing the resolution, plus the icons do not get in the way of "desktop netvibes". As an aside, you may want to mute the nose snorting in your next screen cast.
dude do u have xp or vista cuz i lik ur theme how did u get it .. (i hav xp will it still work) eh and how do u put this colour on ur mouse???
