5:50 - I think there's been a mistake in the redline drop. I may be wrong. John clearly said that they drop the redline rate by 5% of Kris' resting heart rate (84 bpm). I took 84, multiplied it by 5% and got 4.2, which estimates to 4. It was 139, then it was 134, which, I believe was a crumb too far. I believe the redline rate should've been dropped to 135.

thanks for posting the Chair episodes Mike. I was unable to watch The Chair when it was originally broadcast because my grandmother did not get ABC because she lived in the boondocks of Alabama and on my directv I couldn't get it because local stations were unavailable in my area.

Kris Mackerer looks like she could do pretty well on this show. Getting married in 4 months makes it clear what she is going to use the money for; although she may crack I fear for a while and it could be her demise. The pinata seems like something that would make me laugh instead of nervous. The snake however looked like something to be nervous about; it's not every day that pythons don't bite. She is doing good so far

In the UK version. They never use stuff like that for heartstoppers like snakes, spiders etc.

@mtiller2006 I've watched this show before and the contestant does NOT lose money if they redline during commericals. They lose money if and ONLY IF answering a question or a heartstopper.
