I work third shift and I had to reverse my whole life schedule and a lot of workload is on my husband. I get off at 8AM and stay up until 4PM then sleep until 10:30 or so. I eat breakfast at 11PM, lunch at 3AM and dinner in the morn when I get home. Then I snack so yeah!!! Third shift is hard. Love the hair, good seeing you Kelly

I sometimes find it hard on weekends to keep to a program as we need to. I took my vitamins at 2 because I was rushed to get out of the apartment for church. I woke up too early and fell back to sleep.

My grandsons were over and we went out for Chinese after a movie. I had popcorn which is not good for me.

Hi Amber!!! I've missed you. All A's... congrats! I LOVE your hair. It is so cute and flattering. 3rd shift is rough on anyone, but I think it is really hard for WLS people. WW is a great tool. My sister has used it 2x since her gastric bypass 6.5 years ago. I'm glad you are well, hope you can get some more rest. take care - jenn

Hey, girl! Love seeing your pretty face in a video, even if it's only for a few minutes. Congrats on the all As! Third shift sounds brutal - yikes. I've started doing weight watchers and really like it. Something about having a program (a second tool, if you will) really helps me see where I can make better choices and be smarter and everything. Whereas before I was sort of letting myself slide a bit, with half and half stuff like that. Big hugs.

4.0, you go girl! I absolutely love the haircut - very, very cute on you. I'm starting to eat more too, and although I'm still limited, it feels like it could be very easy to slip back into old habits.....I've considered WW too, just to keep on track. If you want to do a check-in with each other every once in a while, I'd totally be up for that. Otherwise, hope you're doing well and congrats again on those great grades!
