define when you say 2 parts glue and 1 part vinigar, what is a part?

@theeking247 Its like, 2 teaspoons glue to 1 teaspoon vinigar. Or, 2 drops glue to 1 drop vinigar, or even 2 buckets glue to vinigar! Its just a mesurment that you can change to suit to how many stickers you are making. Hope this helped !

2 parts glue, 1 part vinegar is just like 2tsp glue to 1 tsp vinegar, or 2 cups glue to 1 cup vingar. And sure, a toothbrush would work :)
