I've been getting into cross and like it alot but don't get the weirdness that surrounds the sport. The guy interviewed in this video is an idiot. Does he think he is funny with a fuzzy hat and glasses? He is basically a regressed 40 year old. I like cross bc it requires great form, speed and handling, not because I like to dress up as a moron and race a circuit.

CX tracks usually have a flat section where the road bike is faster, this is why it's better to use road bikes
