Dual Deployment for High Power Model Rockets Part 2

Hi, im 12 and I want to build a SPACE rocket.. A model space rocket. I plan to have it dont by age 20 lol... How can I get started? i have TONS of electronics experience and quite a bit of skill. I want to have a GPS in the rocket so I can find it if it comes back. I at least want some space footage and data such as radiation and temperature. I dont know when i'll ever get it started or finished... so... yeah. But.. let me know where you think I sould start. THANKS
