there is no cure for a hangover and dehydration isn't nearly as big of a factor as people make it out to be, although it is part of it. most of the sick feelings are caused by metabolized alcohol toxins still in your body and short term mild alcohol withdrawal. only time will clear that up. i have found the best thing to do is drink fluids, eat something sweet and salty if you can stomach it, take a shower and get cleaned up and keep yourself moving around and busy if you can handle it.
