Please, everyone knows that since Howard left CBS radio, their ratings went to the toilet. Yes the ecomony collapsed and terrestrial radio was already bad, but the gap left by The Howard Stern Show was in fact irreplaceable. They got David Lee who failed. Then these Opie and Anthony stern wannabe's who only lasted until 2009 when they were fired. Trust me, Stern would have never been fired from that show why? because that's how much ratings he had. They needed him unlike these two dopes.

I think O & A are off base here. Radio has definitely taken a hit since Howard has left. I don't buy their argument that the economy effects FREE radio either. People should be listening regardless of the economy because they can get it anywhere for free. And they haven't successfully replaced Howard. David Lee Roth failed and so did Adam Corolla. Not too mention Opie & Anthony failed in Boston when they took over Howards old time spot.
