And if you *really* knew how to use the Task Manager, you'd know that you need a memory upgrade. Based on Kernal usage, you're probably running Windows XP. Based on your Commit Charge, you're using more than double the actually physical RAM you have installed. That's a lot of HD thrashing to access virtual memory = significant slowdown.
This was the stupidest thing I've ever watched. He didn't explain anything other than the complete obvious. "This is the processes tab - it shows the processes". Thanks captain moron, maybe you can do a tutorial of how the Start Menu works. "This is the run button, you use it to Run things. Please don't hunt and murder me now.
Is there anyway to delete system process? SYSTEM IDLE PROCESS IS ANNOYING AS HELL. I don't know what it does, but I don't care. It randomly pops up and makes it impossible for me to do anything. Can you tell me a command that I could use to KILL IT?
I have the same problem as luispadilla0. Task manager use to have all the Tabs plus the "End task", "Switch to" and "New Task" buttons, but for some reason is now just plain with no tabs at all. Can you tell us why this might be and how to fix it? Thanks

after your system is completely disinfected, google "xp_secconsole.exe" After you download and run the program, the left hand column will display selectable options: choose "System Security" and uncheck "Disable task manager". That should do

so you can never really terminate explorer? I was like "yes! he's going to show me how to get rid of explorer, without uninstalling it, and get back my desktop. Alas, no.
if you're referring to explorer.exe, it is an essential process required for the display of your desktop icons and folders. Though it can be terminated safely, it should not be deleted or as you say "gotten rid of"
To the viewer wondering why the task manager isn't displaying correctly (sorry I accidently deleted your post):
Try double clicking on a blank gray area (for example: in the blank space next to the words "Local Area Connection") and the task manager tabs & options should be restored. Sounds to me like you're in the "Networking" tab.
