What kills me about Boston sports fans is that they were all over McCourty for the "stupid penalty" but in actuality McCourty prevented Wilfork from getting stripped and they ended up with a field goal anyway. Had McCourty not prevented the strip it would have been one of the most embarrassing plays for Wilfork and possession may have shifted back.
