Uhh... this isn't Windows 7. It's Windows Vista. Probably modified the wallpaper and smacked a Windows 7 Evaluation text within it.

stupid. window 7 is a build on vista. this is just one of the first few builds of windows which didnt include the new task bar or windows boot up. it wasnt until build 69XX (i dont remember) that the OS acually start too look like window 7. the new version has a better boot speed too.
