Great technique. But which studies? I've seen a 2002 study from Furman University
that suggests there's the most glute activation is a full squat BUT that there's less VMO activation, too. Perhaps it's the back angle and technique of sticking the glutes back and out first instead of initally staying upright and pushing the knees out first that causes lower VMO activation. What do you think?
Thank you so much for making these videos. You are the only one that has given me such good information. I had knee cap problems for three years and finally got surgery for a traumatic injury. My therapists to my iritation never told me any of this, and to think I learned this from a young man on youtube. You are really helping me get back into hockey and I cannot thank you enough my friend. God bless
