  • Om nom nom.

  • I love mine its awesome. I just used it for the first time, I just wore a liner just in case. I took my out in the shower for the first usage so I wouldnt make a mess. It was a little work but it did not spill. After watching this video I should have any problems.

In public I would just take a bottle of water and rinse the cup and my hands over the bowl. Thats what I did when I had sea sponges.

  • How do you pull it out without spilling? I tried to and it went everywhere! It looked like someone had been murdered in my underwear!

  • Bah... how could I do this at the school bathroom?? Impossible!

  • @Muhalka you could just dump it in the toilet then wipe it with toilet paper

  • Wait, is the whole cup suposed to be in your vagina and the stem sticks out or does the cup stick out, as well as the stem? HELP?! :(((

  • @BriannasPlanet

All of it has to be inside the vagina. If the stem is too long you can cut it, but make sure there is enough left to help you pull it out. Good luck.

  • Hey, I am male, and my wife has one, any idea if it's a good use as a condom? My supply ran out!!! :'(

  • @mrlouist457 Umm..you can buy $2 at vending machines..

  • @bubbliesjubblies Yeah, it's called "Taking the piss"

  • thanks for helping my pussy out

  • eww..

  • But just one question. Why would your vagina be bigger when you hit 30, even if you haven't had any kids?. Not all women 30+ have baggy vaginas. Kinda offensive. And no I'm not 30..I'm 24.

  • @HippieGirlClaire it's not a case of being baggy down there, the muscles are often slacker, some ladies under 30 who have never had a baby find they need the larger cup, just as some who have had a baby find the smaller cup better. Myself at 39 and given birth 3 times i went straight for cup A.. i've only used it one cycle and found it better than tampons, as for being a bit baggy down there well my vaginal muscles work very well indeed. the size difference between cups is not a lot though

  • That would hurt like hell? And i havent delivered a baby "vaginally"

  • where is vagina? :-)

  • That's not how you pronounce "vaginally"

  • @McGturtle3 It is in Britain.

  • I just bought one of these but I have a problem getting it to go in! Any tips to make it easier? also just wondering how do you know how far to push it In and how much of the stem to trim off? Thanks very much if anyone replies to this (:

  • @aquamarinebbe Hello -is it a Mooncup you have? If so it should have come with a Usage Guide with tips and diagrams on insertion and trimming the stem. If you didn't get a usage guide with your Mooncup, and also for extra help, you can email advice@mooncup.co.uk

  • ok, they make this seem so easy, but its not. i hav size b cause im 15, and it inserted fine, but it took forever to get out and it was the most painful thing ever

  • @kylblk3 Hello sorry you've had trouble taking the Mooncup out :( We have an advice line advice@mooncup.co.uk if you want to have a chat with one of our nurse advisors about it?

  • @kylblk3 I wouldn't recommend this product for virgins. You could go into shock from the pain trying to remove something (even a tampon) if you're hymen is still sealed. Take it from a personal experience. As the schools do, they handed out tampons after sex-ed class. Looking back, I would sue the governments for doing so. Yup, tampon went in fine. But I suffered from so much pain trying to remove it! I remember going into shock and passing out in the toilet. I was so terrified. Pls use pads...

  • @TheTumboos for the tip, but now im used to it and it works great

  • Fantastic product. Every woman who still has periods should use this. Hygienic and easy to use. I bought mine from incostress website they offered an excellent service explained very clearly how to use it.

  • that looks so painful

  • im sorry but this just sound ****in gross

  • @0119alt sounds gross but it's totally not!

  • I adore my mooncup and have had it for over a year now

  • this is pretty much the same thing as a tampon right? except tampons absorb it...

  • @Nekologic The only difference is that you clean it and reuse it, and can keep it for up to 5 years. Makes you save money :)

  • @Rachou321 keep it in for five years? O_O

  • @Nekologic Lol, no, I meant you can reuse it every time you have your periods during 5 years. Keeping it in for 5 years would be gross !

  • I'm A MAN AND I'M WATCHIN UR MOONCUPS ON THE INTERNETS!

  • Menstrual cups are comfortable. I have a ladycup, and it slips right up there during my period. You just have to pick the right size! Do some research.

  • that is soo wierd ive never even heard of this before

  • one of my best mates has one of these and swears by it. says its the greats thing ever.

  • Seems really messy

  • is the stem (the thing to pull it) long enough?? will it hang or like u know easy access to get it out???

  • WHat if you do a handstand or something and it goes back up or something?

  • @wilfygurl it isn't going to go back up. thats not how it works. its not going to go back into your uterus... and there wouldn't be that much anyway. any that moves will go back into the cup when you stand on your feet again

  • @wilfygurl It can't go back up because of the suction

  • @wilfygurl Kinda late reply I know, but it is recommend when on your period you don't do any handstands or yoga poses like that. I can cause it all to back flow.

  • how the hell am i gonna get it out if all of it is in?

    Im thinkin its gonnna hurt

  • how the hell am i gonna get it out if all of it is in?

  • wont tht hurt when u put it in?

  • lol.........

  • that usage guide is a fucking NOVEL

  • @EmmaLeeHD it isn't its just the same info in about 40 languages

  • I bet this comes from America, where they have toilets in bathrooms, so you could easily rinse mooncup, but what if your toilet has it's own room. You pour disgustingness out, and there's no way to rinse it.

Same with a toilet cubilce in a public place. You can empty it, but not rinse it.

  • @eveningniteshade

it says you can wipe it as well.

and this thing is from england btw.

  • @eveningniteshade

I would pour it into the toilet, flush, rinse it in the sink (cover it well with my hands to be discrete), go back into the stall and reinsert it. Not a big deal.

That is interesting that you mentioned America having toilets in bathrooms. It's usual to have your tub/shower, toilet and a sink in a bathroom (or if you have 2 bathrooms, one will likely not have a shower/tub etc.). I can't imagine not having a sink w/ a toilet. Would you wash your hands in the kitchen?

  • @octogirlpretty But what do you do while you rinse? Menstrual liquid is still gonna leak on your underwear while you're washing it up in the sink.

  • @tommygirlkiddo well i can reach my sink while sitting on the toilet so no leaks, even so for the time it takes to rinse it you can wipe before hand, rinse and re insert without dripping on underwear, it's not like we are flowing like a river down there is it?

  • @fluffyfairy321 Haha, not like a river, more like a leaky tap. I was mainly talking about public toilets and getting out of your stall to rinse it in the sink and then go back and insert. I'd definitely get a few nasty stains, especially in the first days when the flow is pretty consistent.

  • does it hurt when you insert it?

  • @arlenpropane eww, haha. What if it slips out of your hand when you're removing it. There will be blood all over the floor.

  • My mother got me one.. but i am only 14.. im a virgin.. its a size B.

    I think its too big.

    Can i use it?

  • Me too. I love my mooncup.

  • i bet it saves you tons of money!! tampons and pads get so expensive, the costs really add up!!

  • i have one

    best thing i ever bought

  • @Kabloomybuzz does it ever spill when you take it out

  • @lilbiscuitmaker It has once or twice but that was because I had an unusually heavy month and it had overflowed anyway. It takes a bit of practise, but you get to know your flow and how long it takes to fill. It doesn't spill if you're slow and careful. take it out when sitting on the loo so if any spills thats where it will go. it really isn't much more messy than tampons or pads imo. and its more convenient as you can leave them in longer. I empty mine when I get up and when I go to bed
