personally ,i think that the use of a q-tip is complicated since your own hole,(unless of a mirror)is much easier and simple to buy a cream that the tips has several holes (a few in the market) so when squeezy the cream gos in all direction in the rectum....sorry doctor....looks good on a paper but not efective in reality..1
