The Playbook is dead, yes a big brick. Just get an Android tablet or an IPad and you can Skype as soon as you get it out of the box. Do you really want to do all this shit just to Skype on the Playbook? Dont waste your money on a Playbook, NO Skype, NO Netflix, NO HUlu and get this NO email I know I have a Playbook.

@techreveiws101 The Android version of the Skype app has been ported, although we haven't figured out how to make the video chat work, the text chat over Skype currently is working. A lot of development is happening with the PlayBook now since OS 2.0 has been released publicly

this is not a skype alternative. this only allows you to chat with people using reel portal too. clearly states that in the app description. shit review, false info.
