It is not the Japanese culture to apologize to those they do not respect.

Japanese culture is very different; it has no Christianity or Confucian system. So it does not believe in the strength of universal love or humanity...therefore Japanese do not place emphasis on those things........

Japan still retains the very old warrior and island culture but in a modern world, so it is strange to many people.

Japan is determined to prosper in isolation.
