@J0NNYBOY You can on xbox 360 too, when you arent holding a weapon, hold down the right stick--while doing so the left stick can be used to adjust how far away the 3rd person camera is.
@J0NNYBOY It's easy mate. Click and hold the joystick for third person, and then pull back on the other joystick to change how far out or in the view is zoomed.
@J0NNYBOY Push down the right analog while pushing down the left one and moving the left one up and down. Should move you into 3rd person and move in and out
